This site was created as part of a campaign to get our landlord Bromford to tackle longstanding and previously dismissed complaints about damp, mould and excessive condensation in many homes of a similar construction in a small geographic area. For newcomers to our story this page will hopefully give you an overview of what has happened so far, starting in October 2014.
We have succeeded in getting Bromford to acknowledge this problem exists and that they have failed to listen to tenants about it previously. They have agreed to stop victim blaming tenants for a situation that is often beyond their control. Bromford are slowly looking at solutions to the problems and we are committed to helping to find them and holding Bromford to account as they do so.

Hi Bessy – as mentioned, next week we are opening up a review of the way we tackle this issue in the future. This has been brought about by the campaign you started.
